Our client is leading the way in innovation in the playground manufacturing industry. Located in Scoresby, they are seeking a Sales and Contracts Administration candidate, who will also take care of their bids and tenders. The right candidate will be an Administration superstar, who has previous experience supporting a sales team within manufacturing, construction or similar.
The role:
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Taking in sales leads and passing the onto the sales team
- Preparing a small amount of sales quotes and estimations
- Dealing with bids and tenders - mainly government
- Be able to make business process improvement suggestions and work with the team in streamlining processes already in place
The successful candidate:
- Will have previous experience within sales or contracts administration with manufacturing, building or similar
- Previous experience managing and preparing bids and tenders
- High level Microsoft Suite experience, and able to format a range of documents
- An innovative eye with the ability to make process improvements where necessary
- A friendly, upbeat personality and able to communicate with a range of people
