End to End Accounts Payable including working closely with the Accountant and performing month end duties - accruals, prepayments, journals and reporting.

THE ROLE
- Full function Accounts Payable processing
- Bank reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, petty cash reconciliation & Credit Card
- Month-end Report
- Accruals, Journals, Balance sheet, BAS
- Filing paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage AP inbox and effectively resolve supplier queries whilst maintaining/building relationships
- Be involved in Process improvement
- Ad hoc finance duties when the team needs assistance
THE PERSON
- End to end Accounts payable experience
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and on time
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
