Desired Skills:
- A certified Payroll Specialist qualification or other relevant tertiary qualification is highly regarded
- Experience in a complex Payroll function and team through periods of significant change
- Experience interpreting multiple complex Awards/Agreements and explaining these concepts to others
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience with improving and enforcing business systems and controls
- Advanced Microsoft suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with ERP accounting system
- Experience with large ERP and Time Target systems or similar
