Key Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll operations for a large workforce of 3,000+ employees.
- Accurately interpret and apply multiple Awards and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs).
- Calculate and manage Superannuation, Redundancy/Terminations, Tax, and PAYG.
- Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to payroll team members.
- Drive and implement continuous process improvements within the payroll function.
- Focus on payroll development, compliance, and efficiency rather than just processing.
Skills and Expereince
- Proven end-to-end payroll experience.
- Proficiency with Chris21 is highly advantageous.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Expertise in interpreting Awards and EBAs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
