Working with a large organisation based in Melbourne's CBD, we are looking for a senior payroll officer to join the team on a contract basis for 6-8 months. Working closely with the BAU team, this role will be focussed on handling redundancy payments and require experience with this.
The role:
- Prepare and confirm accurate redundancy calculations
- Processing redundancies with respect to relevant awards and legislations
- Using Chris21 and excel
- Ensuring compliance with tax requirements related to redundancies
The successful candidate:
- Will have prior experience with volume level redundancies
- Will be proficient in Chris21 and have intermediate excel skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Be available to start now, or with a short notice period
- Be willing to commit to a 6-8 contract period
