Customer Service Officer
We currently have a number of Customer Service/Admin Officer positions based within the Financial Service Sector for a well known Australian business.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and extremely accurate with a high attention to detail. There is potential within this role for permancy depending on the candidate.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Phone handling skills
- Customer Service skills
- General admin abilites
- Conflict resolution
The successful applicant:
- Proven experience in either an admin/customer service field
- Able to follow strict guidelines and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to prioritise and plan work
This role is an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract with a view to permancy for the right candidate. There is a higher level of super with this role also of 11%.
