As this high profile organisation enters a new phase, they are focused on building best in class systems & process in their Shared Services & Payroll divisions. The business has an exceptional tenure in it's employee base, and is looking to add an exceptional Accounts Payable professional to this growing function.
Managing interface between SAP Ariba & the newly implemented Oracle ERP system.
- Maintenance & Administration of Ariba Master Data
- Conduct Multiple Payment runs
- Co-ordinate bank signatories
- Intercompany Reconciliations across multiple business entities
- Process cheque cancellations
- Manage remittance advices
- Manage the timely resolution of Vendor queries
- Liaising with project leads, third party stakeholders, critical government agencies & departments
- Providing coherent commentary & cash flow reporting to Finance Director
- Daily Bank Reconciliation
The busines is currently working remotely, but will continue to operate a 3:2 hybrid model when they return to the office. Despite high rates of retention, and above market salary & employer superannuation contributions, there are opportunties for progression and potential secondments to dynamic & innovative projects.
