We have an amazing opportunity for you to join a prestigious organisation in the education industry as their Accounts Receivable Officer. Working in a small finance team, you will be the primary person responsible for billing, banking and most importantly building relationships with external stakeholders in this business.
You will join fantastic culture, particularly a small team who work really well together and more broadly a real sense of community and purpose in this education institute. The hours for this role are 8am - 4pm, with no overtime.
Salary: $75-80k+S.
What will the role involve?
- Prepare and send quarterly term fee billings
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Entering charges for extra curricular activities
- Performing daily banking & allocations
- Building strong, respectful relationships with all stakeholders internal and external
- Have that personal touch when it comes to collecting debt.
- Investigate any queries and non-payments
- Ad hoc duties.

- Someone who has experience in end to end AR (Billing to collections)
- Someone who works well autonomously without micromanagement
- Someone who enjoys working in a small team and helping their colleague when they need.
- Someone who is fantastic at building great relationships with external stakeholders.
- Fantastic communication skills, written & verbal.
- Do not worry if you haven't worked in the education industry before, this business is open to any strong AR Officer who is willing to learn.
- You will be available to work on-site in the Eastern Suburbs. Train station close by.
