Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Receivable officer to join a mission-driven finance team. This is a hands-on role managing the end-to-end AR and billing function. We are recruiting on behalf of a leading brand within a service-based environment, success in this role goes beyond numbers where relationship, communication, and customer service are just as essential as technical accuracy.

About the Role
The Accounts Receivable Officer ensures timely collection of payments, maintains accurate financial records and fosters positive customer relationships
The Accounts Receivable Officer ensures timely collection of payments, maintains accurate financial records and fosters positive customer relationships
- Manage the full Accounts Receivable lifecycle, including billings, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Process refunds and and collect outstanding debt within agreed timelines
- Provide exceptional customer service resolving queries
- Process daily credit card reconciliations and manual charges as required.
- Process interest, refunds, credits, and ensure timely receipting and bank reconciliation.
- Generate and review month-end AR reports .
Requirements:
This role would suit someone who is a quick thinker, confident on the phone, and can hit the ground running!
- 6-12 months + years' experience in AR, billing, or credit control / Or Relevant accounting qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic Excel skills and confident across finance systems.
- Motivated to grow, and contribute to broader finance transformation initiatives.
