Accounts Receivable

  • St Leonards - WFH Flexibility - Next to Train Station
  • $33-35ph + Super (6 month contract with view to go permanent!)

THE ROLE

  • Generating and sending weekly invoices to the client
  • Cash allocations
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Contacting customer to follow up on any unpaid invoices
  • Negotiating with the client regarding payment plans
  • Develop strong relationships with customers
  • Working with relevant departments to resolve any billing issues
  • Manual charges to be logged via spreadsheets and finance system for payment of previously dishonoured weekly fees

THE PERSON

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role
  • Intermediate computer skills including Excel and finance/billing systems
  • Strong customer service background - this company really cares about their clients
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong administrative skills
