Searching for an administration officer on full time bases for 3 months contract
This industry fund is searching for an Administration officer to join their team in order to assist with a backlog of data.
The role will be a mix of data entry, ad-hoc administrative tasks and process improvements. The role has a lot of autonomy, and would suit someone who is highly motivated, has a varied experience in administration and has a high level of data integrity and an eye for detail.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- A minimum of 2+ years' experience in administration roles
- Highly developed communication skills andadministrative skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of motivation and the ability to work autonomously
- Customer service ability will be highly regarded
The finer details:
- Full time for 3.5-4 months
- Carlton location - very close to top end of the city and to public transport
- Starting shortly after Easter - immediate start preferred
- Hourly rate
- May have working from home options down the track
