What does the role entail?
- Assisting in the administration support for a travelling medical team
- Liaising with site contacts, medical staff and patients within the industry
- Ensuring Covid safe practices are adhered to onsite
- Occasionally contacting customers regarding missed appointments
- Replenishing supplies as required
What is on offer for me?
- Competitive hourly hour
- Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm (with a lunch break)
- 1 month contact starting at the end of January with possible extension
- Travelling around various sites in Melbourne
Who are we looking for?
- An experienced administrator / coordinator / all-rounder
- Must be highly organised
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate with people from both blue and white collar environments
- Must have their own vehicle (milage will be paid)
- Commitment to 1 month contract for the month of February (possible extension)
- Must be Double Covid Vaccinated
Please note this role will start at Carlton each day and be required to travel around sites, via their own vehicle (milage will be paid)
