  • Collections of outstanding debts
  • Minimise overdue balances
  • Establish payment plan
  • Payment allocation
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Inbox inquiries management
  • Relationship building and maintenance
  • Supporting team members when required
  • Liaise with Internal and External Stakeholders


  • Minimum 2 years experience in a relevant position
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written
  • Excel skills - Pivot Table and Vlook Up
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment
