We currently have a need for an experienced Credit Controller/AR professional for a standalone position based with a well known Adult Toy distributor out in west Melbourne.
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Receipt and allocate EFT funds as per bank statements
- Receipt and allocate cheques received
- Prepare daily banking sheets
- Allocate payments - data entry
- Process and allocate credit card payments
- Utilising strong negotiation skills so as to maximise every opportunity when dealing with Internal and external stakeholders
- Provide credit administration support, allocations and data entry to the wider collections area
- Stakeholder engagement - improving communication channels with finance, admin and 3rd party bodies
- Managing the debtor ledger
- Reporting requirements to assist with setting of portfolio strategy/work practice

Your profile:
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated credit experience

- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Demonstrated ability in working with a team and supporting the overall objectives set
