 The Role
- Oversee a team of 2 and ensure that team are effectively maintaining customer service standards
 - Primary point of escalation for liaising with any service issues.
 - Generate reports from CRM and upload them to Excel.
 - Manage building maintenance, large orders, supplies, and vendor relationships.
 - Assist with general queries
 
 The Person 
- Strong communication and customer service skills and/or call centre background.
 - Experience in managing people and handling high-volume operations.
 - Proficiency in generating reports from CRM systems and using Excel.
 - Dealing with escalations and the ability to diffuse situations.
 - Happy with working 5 days in the office.
 - Full Working rights.
