About the Role


We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join a supportive and dynamic team in Regents Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for B2B customers, managing enquiries around product availability, order status, and issue resolution
  • Accurately process and manage sales orders from receipt to delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, inventory, logistics) and external partners
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, aiming for first-call resolution and proactive follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, pricing, and customer details
  • Identify opportunities to improve service processes and enhance customer experience


What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar customer service or order management role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities in a busy environment
  • Experience working with large ERP systems (e.g. MS Business Central or similar)
  • A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
