Working with a NFP organisation based in Hawthorn we are looking to speak to immediately available Payroll Officers with experience with Kronos for a 6-12 month a contract.
The role:
- Payroll processing fortnightly for 2000+ employees
- Maintain and update employee timekeeping records, rosters, and leave balances within Kronos.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure correct employee classifications, pay rates, and entitlements.
- Process adjustments including overtime, allowances, deductions, and terminations.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across all payroll functions.
- Ability to interpret and work within awards and EBA's
The successful candidate:
- Previous experience with payroll processing for at least 1+ years
- Annual leave and long service leave input and calculations
- Kronos experience is required for this role
- Ability to commit to a contract for 12 months
- Excellent communication skills
- NFP, aged care or health industry experience would be desirable

- Hawthorn location, 10 mins from the train station or free parking
- Hourly rate contract for 6-12 months
- Could convert to permanent within the 6-12 months for the right candidate
- Flexible working, 1-2 days from home after the initial training period
- Immediate start preferred
