As a leading entity, in a highly regulated space, they are at the forefront of integrating legislation that impacts their business structure & changes how they pay people. They have 10,000 employees. This is a Dayforce project of unique scale & complexity.

Due to go-live with the integrated Dayforce platform, in six months' time. They are looking for skilled project technicians, to support their project timeline.


  • Analyse and validate Workforce Planning Roster against the workbook for any variances
  • Review and interpret these critical business requirements for gaps in terms of compliance and reprogramme when required
  • Data Validations & Audit payroll calculations
  • Drive effective communication & accountability with consultants & delivery partners to identify and resolve defects and issues found during UAT
  • Prepare test data and test scripts for Dayforce against complex EA's & awards
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing & Systems Integration Testing and analyse the outcome of the results for defects and system issues to rework,
  • Document and maintain test script results using tools such as JIRA.
  • Liaise and manage internal stakeholders both downstream & upstream, to disseminate realistic & measured timelines



Ideally you will be a proven project lead or analyst that has experience of ensuring that systems are implemented fit for unique business requirements, with rigorous & auditable process controls. However, if you have experience of a successful implementation project through secondment, as a senior payroll professional, this would also be a strong profile.

This is a contract role; applicants on an FTC or Daily Rate basis will be considered. This person will have sponsorship in order to deliver the project to seamless completion.

There aren't competing agendas or politics, they need a fresh perspective from a subject matter expert to support at this critical stage.
