THE ROLE
  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Managing Director & CEO
  • Contract Management, assisting with Tenders - Preparing, filing, administrating documents, and formatting
  • Creating reports in Excel
  • Diary management
  • Email management
  • Ensure meetings run smoothly, prepare and coordinate meeting agendas, minutes of meetings
  • Participation in all Executive and Director group meetings
  • Ensure that all correspondence for meeting distribution is properly formatted and edited.
  • Travel booking
  • Adhoc admin support

THE PERSON

  • Experience in an EA Role / Supporting senior Management within your role
  • Would consider Graduates with a few years experience looking to step up their career
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, work independently with little supervision, and use initiative.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities, proven record meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management, ability to build relationships in a professional manner
  • Skilled at using Microsoft Office programmes and other related software.
