About the Role
Supporting three high-level executives your responsibilities will include:
- Heavy email and diary management across multiple senior leaders
- Managing SharePoint sites and online filing systems
- Coordinating meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders, including agenda prep, materials distribution, minute taking and tracking action items
- Taking high-quality meeting minutes
- Coordinating travel arrangements, flights, and accommodation in line with company policy
- Processing expenses on behalf of senior leaders
- Managing purchase orders, invoices, new supplier setups and Capex requests
- Providing first-level troubleshooting support to senior stakeholders
- Formatting and coordinating Investment Committee and Board papers
- Producing polished presentations, reports, letters, agendas and minutes in accordance with style guidelines
- Assisting with staff onboarding and offboarding processes
- Building strong relationships within the wider EA/PA community
About You
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a PA/EA capacity
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- High-level communication and exceptional professionalism
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- A collaborative, reliable and service-driven approach
