We are working with an exciting organisation based in South Melbourne to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is newly created and will work closely with HR to handle full end to end recruitment for a large national workforce. This role would best suit someone who has 2+ years experience in internal Talent Acquisition or someone in Agency Recruitment looking to move inhouse.
The role:
- Full cycle recruitment across corporate roles
- Proactive talent pooling and pipelining
- Partnering with hiring manager for interviews
- Coordinating pre-engagement paperwork, references, offer letters and background checks
- Working closely with HR to onboard new employees
The right candidate:
- Will have 2+ years end to end recruitment experience
- Have experience doing volume recruitment - call centre would be a bonus
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently
- Recruitment agency experience would be considered
- Someone who is highly organised and able to manage conflicting priorities
- Someone who is able to influence and has strong stakeholder engagement skills

- Salary of $85,000-$90,000 + super depending on experience
