Leading and growing restaurant/hospitality group looking for strong BAU Operational Manager, high volume and multiple EBA/Award experience essential!

THE ROLE
- Manage BAU and lead team of 4, providing guidance to the team, ensuring efficient and accurate payroll processing (Weekly/Fortnightly)
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll operations and support business growth.
- Managing multiple awards and EBAs
- Reporting and Analysis, ensure compliance with PAYG, superannuation, tax, and month-end reporting requirements.
- Managing escalations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with National HR Director and CFO, be a key stakeholder in the Senior Leadership team

THE PERSON
- Payroll Management experience and strong leadership skills, ability to roll your sleeves up and assist where needed with BAU
- Worked in high volume pay environments (ideally weekly) across multiple awards and EBAs - Strong knowledge needed in this area
- Experience in process improvements / implementation projects
- Chris21/iChris and UKG (formely Kronos) is a nice to have
- Excellent communication skills
- Full working rights as this is a permanent role
