Group Payroll Manager

  • $150,000 - $160,000 + Super + Bonus | Chatswood NSW 2067 | 1-2 Days WFH
  • Be instrumental in identifying & actioning process improvements

  • Manage BAU Operations, overseeing team of 4 using iChris and UKG
Leading and growing restaurant/hospitality group looking for strong BAU Operational Manager, high volume and multiple EBA/Award experience essential!

THE ROLE
  • Manage BAU and lead team of 4, providing guidance to the team, ensuring efficient and accurate payroll processing (Weekly/Fortnightly)
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll operations and support business growth.
  • Managing multiple awards and EBAs
  • Reporting and Analysis, ensure compliance with PAYG, superannuation, tax, and month-end reporting requirements.
  • Managing escalations and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with National HR Director and CFO, be a key stakeholder in the Senior Leadership team

THE PERSON

  • Payroll Management experience and strong leadership skills, ability to roll your sleeves up and assist where needed with BAU
  • Worked in high volume pay environments (ideally weekly) across multiple awards and EBAs - Strong knowledge needed in this area
  • Experience in process improvements / implementation projects
  • Chris21/iChris and UKG (formely Kronos) is a nice to have
  • Excellent communication skills
