This is an 8-12 month temporary assignment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, providing operational and administrative support to senior management and the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support to senior managers, including diary and travel management
- Organise branch and client events
- Manage expense claims, attendance trackers, and leave registers
- Maintain organisational charts, phone lists, and compliance documentation
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes
- Respond to client queries and manage correspondence
- Liaise with internal teams and external platforms for account setup
- Support compliance initiatives
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Business support role
- Administrative experience within financial services preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High attention to detail and professional presentation
- Valid Australian work visa for at least 12 months on a full time basis.
