The Payroll Shared Service is managed by the Senior Payroll Leader who is a Commercial Business Partner to executive leadership representing multi-faceted brand identities.
The team is hard-working & talented, with strong base of technical skills, but due to a critical acquisition, they need a Senior Payroll Resource with deep expertise in Micropay, and a strong skillset in terms of auditing & reconciliation; the ability to dive into the BAU when required, to support the integration of over 1000 employees.
The Role
- End to End Payroll utilising Micropay
- Reconciling Payroll Data including payroll Tax
- Parallel Runs & Testing
- Auditing process & controls to ensure seamless integration
- Strong Excel - Intermediate to Advanced
You will be an exemplary communicator, who can manage stakeholders with urgent pressures and complex, varied requirements from their Payroll Shared Service.
In order to assimilate to demands of this role, it is essential that you have SME knowledge of the Micropay payroll system, as you learn their internal business process.
Due to significant expansion & plans for payroll transformation & consolidation, this is a rare opportunity to carve a valued, indispensable place in the payroll function as they experience exponential growth.
The role is initially for six months, with a strong possibility for permanancy & extension.
