They are seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their office based in Melbourne. This role is a mix of reception cover, travel bookings, ordering for the office, and ad-hoc administration. It's a very diverse and rewarding role that is crucial to the success of the company and customers.
- Providing general Office Administration services to the Melbourne office and remote offices
- Reception, both answering of phones and greeting of customers
- Liaising with Tradespeople when required
- Ordering stationery and consumables
- Inductions for new joiners
- Coordination of Fusion5 Professional Profiles
- Responsible for travel bookings across Australia
Looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in travel bookings
- Worked in a professional services environment
- High attention to detail and quality of work
- High level of communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Great attitude, flexible and responsive.
