About Role
I am partnering with a reputable organisation who are seeking a people and payroll professional to join their team on a full time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a payroll & HR specialist position where you'll support employees across the full HR lifecycle and own the end to end payroll function. You'll work closely with the Head of the department who will offer excellent mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full end to end recruitment including Payroll tax and superannuation, other statutory obligations, data entry, employee changes, onboarding and terminations.
- Coordinate the HR lifecycle and maintain employee records.
- Support with any ad hoc HR tasks
- Process weekly and monthly payroll nationally
About You
You're someone with previous HR administration experience and full end to end Payroll experience utilising Employment Hero and excellent communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
What You'll Bring
- Full end to end payroll experience - Employment Hero experience is essential
- Understanding of HR principles and legislation.
- High level administration and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and maintain confidentiality.
