Part time Payroll Manager (Standalone)
- $90,000 - $105,000 + Super + Excellent Benefits (Pro Rata - Approx. 3 days per week)

- Solely in charge of processing end to end Payroll using MicrOpay and Kronos
Hands on Standalone Payroll Manager to lead the payroll, ensuring great customer service, whilst also working closely with the Finance team and HR.

DUTIES
This is a Senior operational BAU standalone Payroll position reporting directly to the Finance Director and working alongside HR.
This is a role where you can really take autonomy and manage the full payroll process.
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, approx 250 employees
- Ensuring the payroll is compliant following all
- Answering queries and maintaining optimum customer service
- Conduit between HR & Finance
- Month end and Year End Reports processing including reporting and journals
- Process improvements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- End to End Payroll Experience - To be able to run the full end to end payroll cycle including PAYG, Super, Tax, Month End
- MicrOpay and Kronos experience is desirable
- Experience with EBA and Award Interpretation
- Must have excellent communication skills as stakeholder engagement and customer service is key
