Job Title - Payroll Officer/ Payroll Accountant
Location - Sydney CBD
Salary - $75,000 - $85,000 + Super
Duration - Ongoing long term contract

The Company
A fantastic opportunity has just become available for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a leading construction company based in Sydney's CBD on an ongoing contract on a part time basis for 4 days per week potentially increasing to full time.
This role would be a perfect match for technically strong Payroll Officer with experience working in complex Payroll environments dealing with end to end Payroll and Jobkeeper payments. You will need strong Excel skills and a proven track record of engaging with a multitude of different stakeholders both internally and externally.
The successful candidate would be working with a industry leading HR & Finance department where you will be trained and mentored on all systems and processes required. The role will be largely based in the office with the ability to wfh where necessary.
Required/ Desirable experience;
- End to end Payroll processing experience running multiple Payrolls in a complex environment
- Compliance & Reconciliation of Workers Compensation, Payroll Tax & Superannuation
- Jobkeeper payments
- ADP payroll experience would be highly desirable
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and vLookup is essential)
- Experience with system implementations would be highly advantageous
- Outstanding communication skills are essential
- Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders
- Work in a collaborative working environment
