- Immediate opportunity in Scoresby to assist with a backlog of payroll enquiries
- The ideal candidate will have experience within payroll, BUT we you are encouraged to apply if you have customer service, payroll, administrative, or accounts experience

The role:
- Manage a payroll inbox of enquiries and provide timely responses
- Data entry of employee information
- Checking of time-sheets
- Working collaboratively with payroll staff in preparing accurate details and correcting errors
- Calculating Annual Leave/ sick leave & LSL requests
- Calculating Overpayment/back payments
- Calculating Terminations & Redundancies
- Interpret awards and EBAs and all associated payroll legislation in Australia
- Ad-hoc administrative duties where needed

- Prior experience with time & attendance systems or experience with timesheets preferred but not essential!
