Managing a Payroll Team to run the Australian, NZ and international payroll using Chris21. Continuous process improvements, with numerous pay cycles in a complex environment.
The Client
Multinational environmental and management consulting company. Highly complex payroll with various pay cycles looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to support a team of 4 officers. This company have fantastic ethics and values with strong staff retention in a friendly and welcoming environment. Business is continuing to grow even in this current climate due to high demands.
The Role
- Managing a dedicated Payroll Team with a hands on management style within a large shared services
- Managing the full Australian and NZ payroll with extensive knowledge of EBAs, Awards, Tax, Super etc using Chris21
- Over 3,000 employees internationally on fortnightly and monthly across various pay cycles and ABNs
- Involvement with process improvements
- Team development, continuous training, support and guidance
The Person
- Payroll Management experience is vital ideally within large complex businesses
- Chris21 Experience is essential
- New Zealand Payroll experience is preferred
- Extensive experience with remuneration, benefits and legislation is required
- Strong team management skills
