Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations across Asia Pacific
- Manage, mentor and lead team of 2
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory obligations, and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Build strong relationships with outsourced payroll providers and key internal stakeholders
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline payroll processes
- Conduct payroll audits and manage payroll tax obligations
- Oversee key year-end processes, reconciliations, and compliance reporting (WGEA, workers' compensation, payroll tax)
- Support major payroll system and HRIS transformation projects

- APAC Payroll Manager Experience
- Proven leadership skills while remaining hands-on and detail-focused
- Deep knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation and compliance
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication style
- Flexible, hardworking, solutions-focused, and committed to delivering excellence
