THE ROLE
- Managing end-to-end payroll duties
- Manage communications and records for leave and rosters
- Set up new employees and process termination payments
- Assist with reconciliations and payments for superannuation, payroll tax and workers compensation
- Address all payroll related queries
THE PERSON
- 3-5 years' experience in end-to-end payroll
- Experience with Australian legislation
- Experience interpreting multiple Awards/EBAs
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience with manual processing
- Strong communications skills - both verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail
- Excel skills
