We're looking for strong Chris21 and/or UKG experience, and someone who thrives in a collaborative, people‑focused team!
We're partnering with a respected national Not‑for‑Profit organisation seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their welcoming, supportive and high‑performing payroll team. The Role:
- End‑to‑end fortnightly payroll processing using Chris21 and Kronos
- Manage new starters, terminations and employee maintenance
- Monitor and action payroll inbox queries
- Interpret multiple Awards & EBAs
- Calculate super, tax, LSL, redundancy and termination payments
- Identify improvement opportunities across payroll processes
- Support project work with the Payroll Manager where needed
About You:
- Chris21 / iChris experience is essential
- Strong end‑to‑end payroll processing background
- UKG and NFP experience welcomed
- Confident with Award & EBA interpretation
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Team‑focused with a positive, proactive work ethic
