We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll/HR Professional in a standalone role based within a Hospitality giant across Melbourne/Sydney.

Duties are but not limited to:

  • Collect timesheet and gather hours & location allocation for the accurate delivery of fortnightly payroll including any out of cycle pay runs
  • Accurately enter data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs in a timely manner
  • Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, as required
  • Review payroll before finalizing to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll and compliance documentation and transactions
  • Support the preparation of quarterly superannuation submissions and follow up actions arising from the process
  • Remain informed of our STP requirements as changes take effect
  • Manage the payroll inbox and responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns as they arise

This role is split between processing of the payroll as well as managing HR Duties so we are ideally looking for people who are happy for this split between Payroll and HR Admin duties.
