Are you an experienced payroll professional looking to move beyond BAU and into a more analytical driven HRIS / Payroll systems role?
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's mastered end-to-end payroll and is ready to grow into a HRIS systems role.

Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll and act as a backup during pay runs
- Maintain HRIS transactions and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Monitor system interfaces and ensure employee records are complete and consistent
- Prepare and review leave accrual reports and assist with adjustments
- Compile and deliver scheduled and ad hoc people reports
- Support payroll team with month-end and year-end activities
- Assist with onboarding, new starter processing, and compliance checks
- Participate in system enhancement testing and updates
- Ensure legislative compliance and contribute to a safe working environment
About You
- Strong end-to-end payroll experience with strong understanding of payroll awards and agreements
- Interest in systems, data analysis, and process improvement
- Experience with ADP Payforce, Kronos, and/or Oracle (preferred)
- Curious, logical thinker who understands the "why" behind processes
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Full Working Rights as this is a permanent role
