Looking for candidates ideally with high volume experience and exposure to multiple awards and EBAs - Team of 3 processing pays 1300 employees.
The Company
National and leading labour hire organisation based in Glebe, with a long standing tenured payroll team, looking to recruit a Senior Payroll Officer. - Processing payroll for 1300+ employees weekly and fortnightly
- Processing new starters, terminations, deductions
- Interpreting multiple Awards & EBAs
- Calculate Super, Redundancy/Terminations, Tax, LSL
- Focused on development, continual process improvement and compliance rather than processing
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years end to end payroll experience (ideally high volume pays)
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret multiple Awards & EBAs
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team, positive can do attitude
