THE ROLE
- Working in a team of 5 reporting to Payroll Manager, processing end to end payroll fortnightly
- Assist with upcoming project implementing new system Dayforce!
- Managing PAYG, Super and Tax
- Interpreting various Awards and EBAs
- Responding to queries, oversee the inbox
- Process Improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with end to end payroll within a high volume environment
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance for multiple Awards/EBAs
- Experience with Dayforce nice to have not essential, otherwise system savvy to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills is essential
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full working rights as this is a permanent role
