Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Payroll Advisor to join a collaborative payroll team within a large, well-respected organisation. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment managing a high-volume payroll across Australia and New Zealand, with plenty of scope to get involved in systems improvements and process automation projects.

THE ROLE

  • End-to-end payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand employees

  • Ensure compliance with all legislative and company requirements

  • Process terminations, redundancies, and backpays

  • Reconcile superannuation, deductions, and end-of-month payments

  • Generate payroll and audit reports for management

  • Support with testing and other payroll projects

  • Provide back-up support to Payroll Officers when required

THE PERSON

  • Proven end-to-end payroll experience in a high-volume environment

  • Advanced understanding of payroll legislation, tax, and superannuation

  • Strong working knowledge of Chris21 (essential); SuccessFactors experience advantageous

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Collaborative communicator who enjoys being part of a team

  • Adaptable, proactive, and confident in driving process improvement
