Duties:
- Full-function payroll processing across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay cycles
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Handle payroll escalations and reporting
- Maintain employee records and leave entitlements
- Process complex transactions including redundancies and deductions
- Interpret Awards and EBAs to ensure accurate payroll outcomes
What you'll bring:
- Solid experience with Chris21/iChris in a full-function payroll role
- Strong understanding of Awards and EBAs
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude
- Full end to end experience including PAYG, Super and Tax
- Full Australian working rights
