We are working with an organisation within the Automotive industry to recruit a Service Operations Support role - this role is unique to this business and will be a mix of operations support, invoicing and marketing coordination. This role would suit someone who has a bit of marketing experience, or has studied marketing and has a keen eye for detail - they are working closely with a marketing agency and will need someone to coordinator marketing needs, invoice agency and suppliers, as well as understand the operations side of the business.
The role:
- Working closely with the Manager of service marketing and external marketing agency to coordinate branding and marketing material
- Quoting and invoicing duties for suppliers and agency for works completed
- Administration duties
- Ad-hoc projects in both marketing and aftersales
- Excel and SAP usage as well as bespoke internal systems
- Events
The successful candidate:
- Ideally coming from a background or education in marketing and/or business
- Marketing experience, a keen eye for detail as part of the final approval process
- Invoicing experience, quoting to external providers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn on the job
- Intermediate excel skills

- The successful candidate will need to have their own vehicle as it's not close to public transport
- Hybrid working model after training - two days from home
- Hourly rate $40-45/hour + super
- Immediate start or a short notice period required
- 6 months contract
