Accounts Receivable Officer:
- Permanent Full Time Position
- $60,000 - $70,000 + Super
- Onsite Parking/ 2 days WFH flexibility
- Seeking Accounts Receivable Officers/ anyone looking to step into the accounting industry
About the Role
- Perform daily transactional data entry duties
- Credit checks for new customers
- Setting up all new accounts in system
- Resolve internal and external enquiries in a timely matter
- Account reconciliations
- Chasing outstanding payments on telephone and email
- Meeting set KPIs
Abut you
- AR or Credit background preferred but not necessary would also consider someone with strong administration skills and who is looking to learn!
- Work efficiently in a high volume/fast paced environment
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to maintain exhisting stakeholder realtionships
- Excellent data entry skills and High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Intermediate Excel, Word & Outlook
