Accounts Receivable Officer

- End to End AR - Cash allocation, reconciliations, reporting and managing queries
National and leading organisation, who are growing rapidly and requiring an additional headcount in their AR Team! This organisation are an essential service giving you great career stability and progression as they grow. Working within a close knit team of 3, this role is focused on customer service and your ability to manage stakeholders and investigate/resolve queries.
The Role
- Manage your own set of accounts
- Liaise directly with the customer to resolve any queries/disputes
- Daily Cash Allocation
- Reconciliations
- Actively reduce departments DSO
- Maintain and build strong customer relationships
- Debtor reporting
- Ad hoc finance duties when the team needs assistance
The Person
- Experience in collections/credit control/accounts receivable
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills and customer service
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport and maintain/develop relationships
- To be able to start immediately/on short notice is a huge advantage
