The Role

  • Management of Invoicing, Billing & Debt Management
  • Intercompany recharges
  • Application of Credit Notes
  • Accounts receivable reconciliations & reporting
  • Completion of adjustments or credit notes
  • Revenue reporting and analysis of Aged Debt
  • Preparation of Accounts Receivable monthly reconciliations and financial performance reports
  • Oversee collections process; provide insight & analysis
  • Proactive credit control on customer accounts
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries
  • Masterdata maintenance
  • Debtor Account Analysis
  • Advise on likelihood of collectability as a result of monitoring and follow-up action taken
  • Receipting
  • Bank Recs
  • Assist with Month End Reporting

The organisation is in the process of implementating a new ERP system, however they use multiple platforms to manage it's reporting procedures and customer relationships. Due to this project it is essential that you have previous exposure to the Oracle ERP system. There willl be an opportunity to contribute to the final stages of the implementation project, including User Acceptance Testing. You will also be creating & raising invoices using Oracle on a daily basis.

Further, it is imperative that you have the acumen to adapt to an agile environment. The role is focused proactive query resolution, problem solving and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will pre-empt any potential barriers or delay to payment, working with an intuitive & solutions-focused approach.
