The Role
- Build a remuneration model to strengthen their proposition as an employer of choice in the FMCG sector
- Develop strong partnerships with HR, Finance & the Tech teams
- Mentorship & development of payroll team
- Payroll Audit & Governance
- Review payroll & HRIS systems infrastructure
- Ongoing process improvement
- Drive engagement with employee base & development of customer servcie philosophy
