A global Financial services leader that is looking to recruit a talented Payroll Consultant for their Sydney office.
The Role
- Processing payrolls for 800 + employees using a solid understanding of legislative requirements
- Preparing manual payroll adjustments & calculations
- Payroll Review & Audit
- Handle all employee queries received into the payroll inbox to a high level of service
- Regular and robust communication with internal stakeholders such as the HR team
- Setup payments for approval
- Regular and ad hoc review of payroll data to ensure internal protocol is followed
- Month End & Year End reporting
- Review general ledger reconciliations and assist to resolve variances as required
- Answering queries with in house departments, in particular the Accounting Operations & In-House Tax
The payroll process is managed through an outsourced model through ADP Globalview. However, full preparation & intricate calculation of the payroll is still performed by the internal team.
