The Role
Due to an internal secondment, the organisation needs to backfill the Payroll Manager for a period of 12 months.
Key responsibilties include:
- Payroll Management of 2,000 employees across ANZ using Micropay Meridian & Workday
- Hands on support to 3 Payroll Officers
- Systems Administration of HRIS/Payroll system
- Responsible for all legislative & financial obligations of Payroll Tax, Superannuation, Workers Compensation
- Value add process improvement projects
- Introduction of robust process & controls
The role is being recruited as a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.
As the current PM & HR Operations Lead begins her new secondment in mid November, it is essential that you can start quickly. Due to the hands on nature of this role it is essential that you are agile to assist with processing when required. Exposure to Micropay is therefore also required.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Team Leader to step up into a rounded Payroll Manager position. The team are highly self-sufficent & there is a solid opportunity to focus on value add projects & the introduction of robust controls.
