Payroll Officer
- $90,000 - $95,000 + Super (Full time or Pro Rata for 4 Days Part-Time)

THE CLIENT
My client is a boutique and market leading recruitment company currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to work alongside the Finance Controller and a very tenured long standing company culture. Payroll and finance is highly regarded and valued within this company, being apart of company incentives and key decision making

THE ROLE
- End to End Payroll of contractor pays
- Invoicing on weekly, fortnightly, and monthly
- Bank reconciliation
- Reporting
- Timesheet review and approval
- Setting up new starters
- Allocating payments
- Responding to employee queries and requests
- Assisting with year end report
- Onboarding new starters
- Ad-hoc duties when the team needed
THE PERSON
- Payroll Experience and ability to self manage is essential
- Experience in recruitment is highly desirable and/or experience with Astute but not essential
- Accounting background is highly regarded for client invoicing
- Experience with Fieldglass / Beeline systems a bonus
- Strong excel skills
- Great communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
