THE ROLE
- Working in a team of 4 reporting to Payroll Manager and collaborating with stakeholders across the business
- End to end payroll processing - fortnightly
- Assist with team managing, including managing escalations and assisting with training
- Managing PAYG, Super and Tax
- Interpreting various Awards and EBAs
- Responding to queries
- Payroll Manager Back Up
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with end to end payroll
- Large system experience (e.g Chris21/iChris, ADP, Dayforce or SAP) & Kronos/UKG
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills is essential
- Full working rights as this is a permanent role
- Can do attitude and ability to take ownership of your own pays
