THE ROLE
- Assist and support the accounts payable function and Finance team
- Assist the Financial Accountant and AP officer with monthly reporting
- Assist in preparation and reports for monthly payment runs
- Reconciliation - bank and credit card, supplier statements
- Assist in resolving supplier queries
- Assist in managing accounts mailbox
- Payment allocation
THE PERSON
- Accounts Payable experience but would also consider graduates looking for their first roles in accounting
- Can do positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and drive
- Excellent communication skills essential, and confident to speak on the phone managing queries
- This role would suit someone who would enjoy working in a sociable team environment and who is prepared to work 5 days in the office for hands on training and guidance
- Experience using MYOB advance highly desirable
